Pressure Assisted Rainwater Systems
World leaders in rainwater roof drainage systems
Our pressure assisted drainage is supported by analytical design software.
A Pressure Assisted System’s operation depends on the flow of water. It will work as a conventional gravity drainage system until the water depth at the outlet increases when it changes to siphonic mode.
The system operates generally in a gravity (single stack) manner until the rainwater intensity reaches the level, typically between 20mm and 35mm depth within the gutter or on the roof area, where the outlets switch to full bore flow operation, quickly reducing the level of water in the gutter and then reverting to gravity mode as the level drops.
This full bore flow pulse regulates the depth of water within the gutter or roof area and protects the building from ingress. The system is supported by our analytical design software.
